Refund Policy

Service Refunds: Once a service is completed, refunds are generally not provided. However, if there are issues with the service delivered, please reach out within [10] days, and we will assess the situation for any possible compensation or resolution.

Prepaid Packages: Refunds for prepaid service packages are not available after usage of any part of the service. Unused packages may be eligible for a partial refund after deduction of administrative fees.

Cancellation of Services: Cancellations must be made maximum 2 Hours in advance. Cancellations after this period may incur a fee.
